TREND DEPLOY PROVIDES SEVERAL SHIPPING OPTIONS; WE STRONGLY SUGGEST USERS TO FAMILIARIZE WITH THEM AND UNDERSTAND THEM ALL BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.

Fast Shipping (United States ONLY)

Please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to be shipped.

Customers who choose our Fast Shipping option (Estimated 5-15 Days), please understand that, the time frame estimated in this shipping option (5-15 Days) does NOT include our shipping and processing time range ( 1 to 5 business days ). Once you receive shipment confirmation, allow up to 15 days for your order to arrive.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing the tracking number along with the carrier information for your package. Keep in mind that tracking may not become available within 48 hours of shipment. If this is the case, you'll receive a separate email containing the tracking information once available.

Important: While we do everything in our power to deliver successfully and within schedule, please bear in mind there's always a risk of you order not arriving your doorstep in time.

THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU'LL LOSE YOUR PURCHASE. In most cases, Trend Deploy is able to deliver within the estimated delivery dates, but events such as holidays, sales, weather conditions, etc, may affect our shipping/delivery time. In extreme cases, orders may take up to 40 days to arrive. If after 40 days, you have yet to receive your order, we will either issue a replacement, or refund your money no questions asked.

Standard Shipping (Worldwide)

Customers who choose our Standard Shipping option (Estimated 3-5 Weeks), please understand that, the time frame estimated in this shipping option (3-5 Weeks) does NOT include our shipping and processing time range ( 1 to 5 business days ). Once you receive shipment confirmation, allow up to 5 weeks for your order to arrive.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing the tracking number along with the carrier information for your package. Keep in mind that tracking may not become available within 48 hours of shipment. If this is the case, you'll receive a separate email containing the tracking information once available.

*Please note these are ONLY estimated delivery times. Trend Deploy does NOT guarantee delivery dates. We will ALWAYS do everything in our power to deliver on or before your delivery dates.

Always double check and make sure your shipping information is accurate. In the event we need additional information to complete an order, ―Usually because of incorrect and/or missing information― you may be required to update your delivery information by contacting us. Issues like these may delay processing, shipment and therefore delivery of your order. Trend Deploy is not responsible for returned items due to incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses.

*Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may also delay the estimated delivery time.

Orders may be delivered via the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are unable to receive the package upon arrival, a notice may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

*In the event any package is returned due to incomplete/incorrect addresses or unavailability of a person to receive such package, there will be NO reshipping arrangement.

CUSTOMS, REGULATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS:

It is your responsibility to review all regulations and restrictions implemented by your local postal. Trend Deploy is not responsible for items that are not accepted into specific countries.
